TCLP Studies (Toxic Chemical Leachability Procedure)
Comprehensive range of testing capabilities as per Hazardous Waste Management Rules. Including the US EPA 1311 test Toxicity Characteristic Leaching Procedure (TCLP).
The Toxicity Characteristic Leaching Procedure (TCLP) determines the mobility of inorganic contaminants present in a sample and whether the leachates generated would classify the material as “hazardous”. The leachant is determined based on the acid neutralisation capacity of the sample material. The selected leachant is added to the. sample at a 20:1 liquid-to-solids ratio and the sample container is rotated end over end for 18 hours. The resultant slurry is then filtered through a 0.7 µm glass fiber filter and analysed for total metals.
Environmental Due Diligence and Compliances
Investors increasingly recognize the importance of incorporating sustainability and ESG analysis into their investment process, whether that analysis is used to ensure adherence to responsible investing mandates or as a risk management tool. Third-party activists such as environmental and consumer advocates are playing an ever-larger role in driving not just regulation, but also scrutiny of business practices, posing “headline” and reputational risks to companies across the energy, financial services and healthcare sectors.
As an environmental business advisor with a reputation for providing practical business advice and placing risks in perspective, we help buyers, sellers and investors make informed business decisions that significantly reduce costs and liabilities, and add business value. Our team consistently delivers comprehensive, cost-sensitive site assessments, including at times of Entry and Exit, and Acquisition and Divestiture. Our company has developed a systematic approach to evaluate potential liabilities associated with any property transaction, at any stage of the asset lifecycle. We pride ourselves on placing risks in perspective, and assisting clients to make informed business decisions across the business lifecycle including future business planning accruals.
Our team consistently delivers comprehensive, cost- sensitive site assessments / investigations, permitting / compliance reviews, risk quantification and management services where and when necessary. Our ESG team leverages its relationships with industry groups, and regulators to analyze the risk profile of potential investments and create actionable best practices to mitigate risk to both the target company and the investor over the course of an investment.
Investors increasingly recognize the importance of incorporating sustainability and ESG analysis into their investment process, whether that analysis is used to ensure adherence to responsible investing mandates or as a risk management tool.
We provide a tailored approach to each ESG due diligence assessment depending on the risks identified in your screening assessment, the depth of detail required for the overall due diligence, the time and budget available, and the access to management.

Risk Assessment Studies
Risk assessment is the most important step in the risk management. It is most difficult and prone to error also. Risk assessment in its broad definition is a structured procedure that evaluate qualitatively and/or quantitatively the level of risk imposed by the hazard sources identified within the installation. In other words, risk assessment is a systematic procedure for describing and quantifying the risk associated with hazardous substance, processes, actions or events.
