Objectives:

• To ensure regular up gradation of latest statutory requirements & introduction of new techniques for sample testing and analysis.
• To ensure the generation of reliable & accurate test data for all samples analyzed in the laboratory by meeting the general requirements of ISO 9001:2015, ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standard & specific requirements of NABL through well-established quality system.
• To comply with all applicable laws, regulations, ISO 9001:2015, ISO/IEC 17025:2017, ISO 14001:2015, OHSAS 45001:2018 and other requirements pertaining to Quality, Environment and Occupational Health and Safety.
• Training of staff, including those in field, to continually upgrade their knowledge, competency and skills for enhancing their analytical, testing skills, sampling including Occupational Health and Safety.
• Provide a participative work environment for improvement in our operations and services.
• Manage our operations in an environmentally responsible manner and aim at “Prevention of Pollution, Health and Injury”, minimizing waste and optimizing the resources through continual improvement in our environmental performance.
• To ensure the maintenance, communication and availability of this policy to all employees, persons working for and on behalf of the organization, Customer, stakeholders.
• Laboratory ensure that all personnel either internal or external to perform laboratory activities shall act impartially and work in accordance with established management system policies and procedures ensuring consistent operation of laboratory.
• Laboratory ensure that not to allow commercial, financial or other pressures to compromise impartiality.
• To provide cost effective and time-bound Quality Standard delivery of services to our end customers.
